Then I explain why plant-based protein and how more beneficial these are to humans and also the planet including hemp seeds and why they are great.

About Ross Farrow

Ross has been in the financial world for over 15 years, being the CFO of Splash Damage, makers of Gears of War titles, that sold to a Hong Kong listed company for over $70M. Following that he co-founded Supernova Capital LLP to help turnaround distressed video games companies, including Flying Wild Hog makers of Shadow Warrior games to name a few, where he led the sale to Embracer Plc for $137M in cash. Ross started his wellness journey in 2019 and has since joined with Magda to form GOE wellness and they are growing rapidly in multiple spaces of the wellness industry – one to watch!
