The new Laws requires businesses selling cannabinoid hemp products (both online and in person) MUST obtain a Cannabinoid Hemp Retail License from NYS Dept of Health. Retailers and out of state companies currently selling cannabinoid hemp products or looking to begin selling cannabinoid hemp products to be compliant with the new laws.
