International Food was founded in 1980 by the Gallo family. Driven by personal needs, she decided to explore the world of plant and organic food, a sector that in those years in Italy was not yet innovative. Thanks to Salvatore's strong passion and Mirvana's great dedication, all efforts have been directed towards the search for a totally plant-based, healthy and balanced diet. Thus the production of vegetable foods was started, with the certainty that legumes, cereals, fruit and vegetables could offer the taste of being healthy. Today, after turning one's lifestyle into a profession, the company, based in Santarcangelo di Romagna, has grown and developed new technologies, offering products of the highest quality with carefully selected raw materials. The family works together trying to guarantee the utmost professionalism and the best production standards for their national and international partners.
